Rod Ingram, President of Punta Mita Realty, decided he would, after many years of successfully selling real estate via word of mouth, set up a real estate company to accommodate the growing demand for oceanfront property in the Punta Mita region.
Specializing in Oceanfront and Ocean view properties in Punta Mita, Sayulita and surrounding beaches, Rod's aim was to create a company reflecting the lifestyle and beauty of this area; as it is this which buyers are initially attracted to.
With over 15 years experience in the real estate market, the majority being in Mexico, his extensive understanding of construction, development and design, means Rod can give solid direction and advise to anybody wishing to purchase in Mexico.
